We are still in our Early Bird enrollment period! Early Bird enrollment period: through April 20, 2024 CAMP: DEMI SOLOISTS I Half Day: 9:30 am- 1:00 pm *This is a 4-day week: there is no camp Mon. June 10* Whether your dancer is dreaming of pirouettes or just taking their first plié, our camps provide a welcoming community for dancers to learn and grow with friends, both old and new. Each week, Demi Soloists dive wholeheartedly into their weekly theme through a dynamic mix of dance, enrichment, and all the enjoyable extras. Dancers engage in dance classes within their age cohorts and come together for games and additional activities, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared experiences, while learning movement suited to their development! At week's end, all the fun cultivates in an in-class performance for dancers to proudly present all they have learned. BALLET THIS WEEK Swan Lake Swan Lake is a timeless classical ballet of love and enchantment. This ballet tells the tale of beautiful princesses under a curse- daylight turns the princesses into swans, unless the curse is broken and a mystery solved! As we journey through the week, we'll meet graceful swans, a dashing prince, a wicked sorcerer, and a majestic queen. Together, dancers discover the power of love, friendship, and bravery in this magical ballet adventure! Activities include (but are not limited to): - Daily ballet classes, honing in on current abilities and embracing new skills - "Variations" classes, where we have fun exploring choreography, characters, and acting - Costuming & Stagecraft introduction through engaging art projects - Storytelling and hands-on exploration through inspiring “dance history” lessons - Connecting with friends through dance games and play - Recharging through daily snack and story time To view FAQ, please visit our Camps & Intensives page.
