PRIMARY BALLET II: *Previously called Ballet 1B* – Length: 60 min. – Ages: 6- 7 Primary Ballet II builds upon the foundations of Primary I, guiding dancers into the beginnings of a more comprehensive ballet class. At the barre, dancers continue to refine familiar movements while being introduced to new skills, gradually working toward the basics of a full ballet barre. Center and across-the-floor work develop placement awareness, balance, and musicality. Age-appropriate stretching and strengthening build strength, flexibility, and body awareness, helping dancers grow with both confidence and control. Classes remain engaging and supportive, encouraging artistry and focus as students progress. As the final PreAcademy level before dancers are of age for Academy placement, this class provides a natural bridge toward more advanced study while remaining welcoming to dancers at every stage of their journey. SESSION B: Monday, February 2- Monday, June 1, 2026 TUITION: Class tuition is based on the number of instructional weeks per session. Enrollment after the session begins is prorated to reflect the remaining weeks. RECITAL: Session B culminates in our end-of-year recital, held towards the end of the session. All PreAcademy dancers have the option to perform! Performance fees are separate from tuition; registration and details are sent near the start of Session B.
