*Tuition has been prorated for classes beginning the week of 10/13- 10/19/25* PRIMARY BALLET I: *Formerly called Ballet 1A- same class, new name!* – Length: 45 min. – Ages: 5- 6 (min. age by 9/30/25) Primary Ballet I introduces young dancers to the full structure of a classical ballet class while reinforcing fundamentals from earlier levels. This class begins to emphasize the building blocks of alignment and intentional placement, expanding vocabulary at the barre, in the center, and across the floor. Dancers explore weight transfers, begin preparatory turning concepts through spotting, and learn to connect movement with musicality. Introductory stretching and strengthening are incorporated in an age-appropriate way, supporting both safe technique and confidence. With a balance of structure and encouragement, this level bridges the exploratory aspects of early childhood ballet and the more progressive training of Primary Ballet II, helping dancers develop grace, strength, and excitement for their next steps. SESSION A: Mon. September 22, 2025- Sun. February 1, 2026 TUITION: Tuition reflects the number of instructional weeks per session and already includes the $25 registration fee. Enrollment after the session start date is prorated for the remaining weeks. ENROLLMENT/ AGE REQUIREMENTS: – Enrollment is available session-by-session or already for the full year, with age placement by 09/30/25. – Though session-by-session enrollment is available, dancers will remain in the same level for the entire school year! Our curriculums are thoughtfully designed as year-long programs (similar to school) to support technical growth and developmental milestones as dancers age and mature. While this level remains appropriate for new beginners throughout the year, accurate age placement ensures that dancers progress alongside their peers, moving through the curriculum together as a cohort. – Have questions about which class is best for your dancer?
